End-to-end bancassurance — connecting banks and insurers on one governed platform.
Nextera Flow orchestrates the relationship between a bank and its insurance partners: mapping products, tracking sales and commission, and generating the reporting both sides need to stay aligned and compliant.
Who this is for
Section titled “Who this is for”- Banks and bancassurance units distributing insurance through their own channels
- Partner insurers supplying products into a bank’s distribution
- Commission and finance teams on either side of that relationship
What Nextera Flow covers
Section titled “What Nextera Flow covers”Bancassurance is difficult for a structural reason: two regulated institutions, each with its own systems, its own product definitions and its own regulator, have to behave as one customer journey. Almost every recurring problem in bancassurance — mismatched product data, disputed commission, reconciliation by spreadsheet, reporting that disagrees — comes from the seam between them.
Flow is built to be that seam rather than to sit on one side of it:
- Bank integration. Connecting the bank’s channels and systems so insurance sits inside the existing customer journey rather than beside it.
- Insurer integration. Connecting partner insurers for products, submission and status, so both sides see the same case at the same state.
- Product management. Mapping each insurer product to how the bank actually sells it, with the rules and eligibility that apply in that channel.
- Sales and onboarding. Taking a customer from offer to onboarded policy across the bank–insurer boundary.
- A commission engine. Calculating commission and revenue share between bank and insurer from the same transaction data both sides already agree on.
- Regulatory reporting. Producing the reporting each side needs, from that same data.
For the underlying model — the tied-agency and referral distinction, revenue share, product mapping, conduct obligations — read Bancassurance concepts.
